Tips for Quicker Fixes

  1. Give us as much detail as you can about the problem.
    Examples:
  • "Red lines are running across the pages"
  • "Paper is jamming in document feeder"
  • "Chair wheel has popped off"
  • "Error sign says "________________""
  • "Touch screen is not responding"

     2.    Check your power source(s):
  • Is the machine non-responsive or off?
  • Is your power outlet/cord working?
  • Restart, reboot, and/or clear the machine
