The People Behind TOPS Ltd.The owners of TOPS Ltd. are directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Jim Ferguson, President, a Bermudian and Owner, has over 30 years of experience in the supply and printing business. Sara Corday and Jim form the TOPS Ltd. team that will provide a depth of knowledge and experience in all your custom printed business forms, promotional items and packaging needs. The team can also work with you in providing office design and CAD system layouts for your office furniture requirements. Claude L. Guay, C.A., Owner and Vice President Finance and Administration, has over 18 years of experience in the office equipment and supply business. Claude monitors our internal controls to ensure the proper level of service is provided to our customers and also maintains the inventory and ordering requirements of our company through our very modern computer system. Claude also is responsible for our Online catalog system. Cornelia Rawlins, Suzette Tuzo, Jayson Smith and Deborah Monk work in our accounting department. Their efficiencies and knowledge in their area of expertise contribute greatly in maintaining our high standard of service to our clients. Ed Faries, Vice President, a Bermudian and Owner, also has over 30 years of experience in the photocopier and supply business. Ed was a previous owner of very successful office equipment business Chips Ltd. He heads up our office equipment team and our service department. We have a very experienced service department with seven factory-trained technicians (Clive Gift, Orlando Scarth, Ed Sikora, Peter Young, Gary Joel, and Khalil Mousavi), who all have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of office equipment. Konica Minolta will not release a new product to any of its dealer representatives until at least one technician has passed the specific equipment course at Konica University. Our service team has over 100 years of combined experience. |

The Office Equipment Team Ed Faries, James "Herbie" Adderley and Chris Dorman. With a combined sales experience of well over thirty years, they offer an in-depth knowledge of the products that they represent. They are the major reason why TOPS was awarded the prestigious Crystal Lion Award for being the #1 International Digital dealer in 1998 and 1999, and highest quota achieved in 2006 and 2007. The Office Supplies & Delivery Team Our "front line" for office supplies - Zina Simons, Arretta Furbert - is friendly and knowledgeable and has received numerous compliments for their helpful attitude. Our policy is that the telephone should not ring more than twice before any employee will receive the call and assist the caller whether it be for placing of an order or receiving a call for service on a piece of equipment. Our delivery personnel - David Wall, Michael Glasgow, Carlton Burchall, Maxwell Burgess and Treadwell Walker - are an important part of the TOPS team and are ready and willing to assist the customer by picking and delivering the product to the correct location, not just to the front door. Warehouse/office facility Our present office and warehouse facility located on Mill Creek road encompass nearly 15,000 sq. ft of air-conditioned space on all three floors, including a networked demonstration room able to show the full range of Konica Minolta copiers/printers/scanners. This facility has the latest technology in security systems monitoring door access, CCTV, video intercom, burglar and fire. This facility was completed in July of 2002 and was purposely designed to operate efficiently in our industry with two container-loading bays and an elevator to access all floors easily. |
